本會經過 2014.1.20 的總務會議決定，CAA 的樹藝知識 (Knowledge) 和實務 (Practice) 訓練計劃, 將會在2014年3月份的第二週開始全面展開，目前所有的準備工作正在緊密進行中， 本會將利用春節假期的時間空檔来盡量把相關的事情完成。 計劃中的所有訓練，均會按照國際規範和標準來進行，絕不偏差。 導師方面亦由會長歐永森親自帶領，挑選本地區最有經驗和最富能力的專家們，來組團進行。 CAA 以其十年的歴史經驗，無數次的跌倒爬起，來為會員和公眾度身訂造各種符合我大中華地區使用的樹藝課程，為我本地人服務。
當今的 CAA 已是大中華地區內人數最多、歴史最悠久、樹藝經驗最豐富、國際交流最廣、和樹藝牌照最多最高的地區性樹藝組織，建自2004年。 本會過往基於種種因素，訓練方面都要拱手讓人, 而自己只能專心照顧樹藝牌照考試。 時移世易，CAA 當今已經是完全獨立自主，不再受任何人在背後指指點點，國際交流方面也不再受到任何限制。 本會現在可以盡展所長，全力為公衆服務，同時亦為樹藝行業的發展，作出應有的貢獻。
本會這次各項的訓練詳情，將會在短期內通過 www.chinaarbor.com 網站、Facebook 和每週會訊來全面公開。 本會一向深謀遠慮、審時度勢，所推出來的項目絕對不會基於瞬間衝動，是次的訓練項目也是如此，祈各方了解包容。
對本會來說，這可能是 ‘遲來的春天’ ，但總比 ‘不來的春天’ 要好，過往本會受到多方限制，某些事情顯得有心沒力。 現在本會有了新的開始，亦組織了新的專業團隊，勵精圖治，全力向前，希望社會各界予以支持。

Dear Station Members,
Upon the monthly board meeting of the CAA on 20.1.2014, the board directors have decided to begin our Arbor Training in Chinese from March 2014 onwards. More details will be released on CAA website (www.chinaarbor.com) , Facebook & Station Mail in time.
CAA is one of the very few Arbor Organization in our territory to conduct training meeting international requirements but in the Chinese language. We have proven ourselves to be qualified & successful since 2004. CAA is currently the largest Chinese Arbor Group in the China Region, with adequate experience & qualifications to offer training in both Chinese & English. We have been doing so but on a smaller scale, in HK, Taiwan & China for years.
Offering the right kind of training is important for the development of the Arborist Profession in the China Region. CAA do not sell ‘snake oil’ either. All our programs will comply in line with international standards & requirements. This is our pledge.
We now look forward to update our profession from knowledge to practice with our training. The majority of our Tree Workers do not understand any other language but Chinese. CAA will meet their need. After all, what’s good is it for a Practicing Arborist to only just talk but not be able to do the work ? Would that really benefit our tree planting ?
