附上的是本年聖誕節期間，本會受到台中市政府和台灣愛樹保育協會的邀請，在台中市舉行的一場樹木修剪研討會的資料。 港、台有興趣的朋友，敬請自行填表報名，自行参加。
是次活動, 除了上午講座由本會長親臨主持以外，本會也派出香港的冠軍级職業攀樹技師來作現場攀樹修剪示範。 在本會的記憶當中，這場應該是台灣進行如此類型活動的首次。 而且，下午示範的樹木竟是全台灣有名的 ‘千年茄苳’ 老樹。 這樹可算是本會長在東南亞所見過的最大最老的茄苳樹，它廣為群眾愛戴，已有發展商為了不影響它的生長，情願退訂兩億新台幣，而另覓發展，實在難能可貴。
同樣的研討會，在台北市也會多做一場，不過由於是部門內部培訓，所以暫不對外開放，祈求各位見諒。
目前 CAA 正朝著十年前在香港開闢樹藝行業的經驗，來為台灣作出貢獻。 台灣人有情有義，也不忘本，本會非常樂意為其作出協助，把台灣的樹藝行業從零開始，一步一腳印的建立起來。 本會現有最優秀的人才，也有經驗豐富的實務技師，大家也都是同聲同氣的中華民族兒女，有著共同的文化歷史，溝通起來完全方便。
台灣市場龐大。 本會正希望為其訓練出一批種子教練，再憑其立地優勢，把行業拓展起來。 如果台灣能夠開拓成功，本會理應和台灣的樹藝師共同進入國內市場，逐步作出貢獻。
樹藝知識是不分地域。 唯望我等能夠共同努力，把兩岸四地的樹木種植做得最好，此乃我中華民族的福祉也 !

Dear Station Members,
Attached is the announcement of CAA going to Taiwan during Christmas 2013 to deliver a Pruning Seminar & Demonstration. The Station Manager (SM) will form a group of Professional Tree Climbers from HK to go with him.
CAA is actually visiting two places in Taiwan, namely Taichung City & Taipei City. The Taichung visit is open to public, but the Taipei visit is specially designed for key personnel in the Central Govt, & is therefore not publicly announced.
For the Taichung visit, the organizer has already sent off 10,000+ email invitation to Govt Officials & public who are interested. Yet the attendance is only limited to 300 no. Getting a place will be like a lottery draw.
In Taiwan today, CAA means arboriculture, & arboriculture is CAA. We are doing exceptionally well in there, & we intend to stay that way. Our course has given us success, & we shall maintain our drive. Taiwan is an important indication for China, & China is watching us hard.
Looking forward to delivering more encouraging news to you from time to time. At present, we do have several in the queue.
